Delivery & Returns information

Deliveries will usually be made before 4pm.

Please note that we have a number of large vehicles, including articulated lorries that may be used for delivery. Please advise us in the comments on your order if access to the delivery address is limited.

The delivery driver will (as far as possible) deliver to your door. The delivery driver will not help you inside with the goods. Please bear in mind that Insulation products can be bulky and / or heavy

A high density mineral fibre batt factory applied with white, durable specially formulated fire-resistant coating. It is used to fire and smoke seal around service penetrations through floors and walls whilst providing an excellent acoustic barrier.
